binbase scheduler
BinBase Scheduler
The BinBase Scheduler software is an optional mini webapplications which is currently at the beta state and so not an integreated part of the standard BinBase distribution. The main task of this software is to import and export samples and managing access rights for the experiments.
It's basically a mininature setupX.
Current Features:
- simplistic guis
- simple role and user management
- define experiments/classes/samples in a simple way
- import/export
- repository storage
We will release this software once we are happy with it's stability and all features are working, but feel free to grab it from the SVN repository and deploy it to an application server.
Configuration:
You need to start the application server with these parameters:
-Dapplication.server=<IP of binabse application server> -Dapplication.server.password=<IP of the binbase access password>
