secondPassAnnotation
The second pass annotation is executed after the first pass annotation and only checks for the following properties:
And is used to annotate large peaks (high signal noise) and with a high similarity which were skipped at the first pass annotation because they were not pure enough and did not generate bins. This is also done if they have a weird unique mass.
These annotations are not used to generate any Bin's or counted as successful annotations toward the Bin generation.
This annotations are marked in a slight orange color at the result table.
You can define the used setting for the detection in the BinBase configuration file.
